You can order products from us 24/7 if you have an account. After your request you will receive an email from us within 12 hours.

How do I place an order?

You place an order by following the steps below:Log in to your accountSelect the products you want to order and add them to your shopping cart. Indicate how much of each product you want to place in your shopping cart once all products have been placed in your shopping cart press view shopping cart. Now comes to your shopping cart. Here you can make any adjustments to your order, if everything is correct, press checkout. Select your delivery address. Choose your shipping service and payment method. Accept the terms and conditions and press confirm order. After the payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail. We prepare the order for you and you will receive an e-mail from us with the track and trace as soon as the products leave our warehouse.

Change / cancel an order?
As soon as you place an order with us, the stock will be deducted from our stock system. Unfortunately, it is therefore not possible to change or cancel a placed order. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible and discuss the possibilities at that time.

Multiple orders on 1 day?

If it happens that you want to place multiple orders on 1 day without paying extra shipping costs, this is possible. In the shipping options for your new orders, choose "pick up in store" and state the order number of your first order in comments.

Shipment When can I expect my order?

If you order before 18:00 on a working day, you can expect your order the next day. However, there are exceptions to this: You ordered on a Friday and did not opt ​​for the Saturday delivery of UPS. The carrier has not been able to deliver the package.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order with the Track & Trace code that you will receive from us in an email. The email will tell you how you can request the Track & Trace data. If you have not received the Track & Trace data, we advise you to contact our customer service by telephone.

Pick up order.

Choose 'pick up in store' under shipping options and state that you will pick up the package in the comment box. We ensure that the package is ready for you as soon as you get there.

Not received all products?

It can rarely happen that an ordered product is not in stock in the warehouse. We will create a gift voucher for this product and add it to your account. If you prefer to have the amount refunded to your account, please contact our customer service.

Received the wrong products or order?

If you have received products that do not match your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. One of our employees will guide you by telephone.
